These are all from decision 1 and have less than 10 votes for that post, I will post the people with low votes on decision 2 tomorrow

@Jonny2192 it's very kind of you! :)

#UnibetBubble #Decision3

3rd decision:

The blinds are 500/1000.

A player just sat at the table with a 43 BB stackIn middle position, he limps in.

Everyone else folds to you, in the cut-off.

You have 37 BB in front of you and A♣7♠ in your hands.

You raise 2.6BB.

Villain calls.

Flop:

J♦ K♥ J♠

You both check.

Turn:

A♥

Villain checks.

When you put 3,000 chips in the middle, villain instantly calls.

River:

9♦
And again, villain checks.

What do you do?

That insta call is not filling me with confidence but the river check makes me a bit happier.

The 9♦ Doesnt really change much, unless he has pocket nines.

I think we are more than likely in a split pot situation here with us both having the ace.

Possibly he has the straight or the jack and he is just playing it safe because of all the other possible hands that could be beating him.

I think if had quads or a full house there would have been some kind of bet but you never know some people only bet a nutted hand in these situations.

With the insta call earlier I think any bet up to pot size is going to get a call if he has the straight or the jack even though he might do it reluctantly.

So for me I think it leaves two options push all in to try and get him to fold a better hand or check and hope he was on a draw or has a smaller pair.

I think at this stage in the tournament I am going to play it safe and check behind for me its not worth commiting any extra chips to this pot and possibly getting busted before the bubble by turning my hand in to a bluff.

So decision made its a check.

Good luck to me and lets see him turn over a a small pocket pair or any hand we have beat, but I will be happy to split as well at least we get to share the blinds then.

Random picture now, cant think of a reason to justify it

decision - #check

I have just tried NL10 for the first time, kept sayin I would move up a stake when my balance reached 500euro but I just wouldnt take the risk of the next level.

I thought I would give it a try as the last mission on Unibet this month requires you to complete 2 minor missions for 250 points for an NL10 ticket(completing minors at higher stakes get you bigger tickets).

It wasnt as bad as i thought even though there were better players, there were a lot less maniacs than I normally see at NL4.

I managed to play  200ish flops and am down 2.26 euros which I am quite happy with as I thought I would lose quite a bit more at my first attempt at NL10.

I think having a comfortable balance for the stake I am trying helps take away some pressure and I have been very nitty with my BRM and some people have said to me I should have moved up earlier, if I lose 5 buyins I will go back down to NL4 and rebuild and try again.

Hoping I can stay up a level, its took me just over a year to get here after some good wins and then bad decisions putting my balance back to zero. I have managed to rebuild from zero in April with help from a Unibet promo and the competion on here.

Lets see if I can avoid the bad decisions and build the roll a bit more.

@b165l1ck75 your right its so easy to ramble on and on and on. I request that rankinghero cut the character count down on these posts to save our keyboards and save us from boring people to sleep

I will have a look at ace high on facebook, I did join on here and didnt realise there was a facebook page as well.

Happy fathers day to all the UK poker fathers.

Wondering If I can convince any of my kids that they should make me coffee all day while I play poker

Think I have more chance of winning the next Unibet Open than that happening.

Mission UnibetBubble - Decision 2 - €1,500 to win!

Welcome to this new Unibet mission!

Every 2 days until the 30th of June, a new poker question will be asked.

#UnibetBubble #decision2

Notice that the hashtags have changed.

2nd decision:

The blinds are 500/1000.

A player just sat at the table with a 43 BB stackIn middle position, he limps in.

Everyone else folds to you, in the cut-off.

You have 37 BB in front of you and A♣7♠ in your hands.

You raise 2.6BB.

Villain calls.

Flop:

J♦ K♥ J♠

You both check.

Turn:

A♥

Villain checks.

What do you do?

The second check is more than likely showing weakness.

If he had the jack I think he would have bet by now otherwise he is missing out on a lot of value.

Possibly he could have Ax or Kx or even a low pair but is worried we may have the J and is playing it safe being near the bubble.

That  A♥ has added flush and straight draws to the mix aswell .

So I think we need to get a bet in but the question is how much.

So thinking through his hands.

Ax we are more than likely splitting the pot unless its AK(AAJJK for both of us) a reasonable bet could get him to fold this.

Kx we are ahead as long as its not KJ .

Any pair except KK AA JJ we are ahead of.

Possibly he could have a made straight, four of kind or a full house but I think this unlikely because he should have put some kind of bet in by now.

So I am going to bet half pot, if he has one of the hands thats dominating me we can fold to a shove without losing too many chips.

If he has the low pair or Kx hopefully he will stick around with this bet size and help us build a stack.

I was tempted to bet bigger  with all them draws on the board to take the pot down now but its too close to that bubble and if he pushes with all the possible big hands out there I will need to fold.

So thats my decision I will bet half pot and play it cautsiously. Would happily take a fold, will fold myself if all the chips are pushed in and if we get a call I will reasses again on the river.

On a side note I was wondering why he is dressed like this and is he trying to tell me something dressed as a cat playing with a mouse. Am I the mouse being played with, we will see soon.

(disclaimer:- this is an actual picture of the player not an attempt to bribe @Elena RKH who I believe likes pictures of babies and cats in posts)
