A thought I would like to share with Ranking hero. I think the competitions you hold are brilliant. I think you all do a great job but what I do not agree with is the time you take to deliver on your promotions i.e prize payouts, Tournament tickets etc. What I mean by this and I will give you a perfect example. The Aspers comp which is a  great one to run. The winner was not announced until yesterday, The tournament is today! and in London. How do you expect people to make plans to get there in such short notice. I was offered to go to the awards which I was estatic about to find out I had less than 2 days to try and make plans to get from Scotland to England to make it was rediculous.

You have so many promotions and prizes to give out you forget who is to get what. Then we have to go chasing for it. I never received my Unibet hoodie, Ranking hero goodies from you. I had to take 2 months of contacting Unibet for them to then change it to cash tokens that i had to play a certain amount of hands to release. I believe if you are going to run promotions for people from all over Europe or even the world you should take the time and the effort to make sure each winner receives their prize like they should. If you do a promotion regarding a live tournament then issue the promotion 2 weeks before and give 3  days to get the likes and  people to sign up to like so that it gives the winners enough time to make plans and make the trip enjoyable rather than a rushed and frustrated one.

I think what you need to do is have a look at your approach to your promotions.@Nicolas Levi @Elena RKH @Pedro Canali @Skilful

Hello, dear Mark.
Thank you for this feedback, its much appreciated.
We think that the users opinions are our real mirrors and we believe that everything you said is true.
What I would like to share with you regarding this topic is that RankingHero - as a team is actually doing its best to provide all this amazing opportunities to its own users. Unfortunately, there are things that are not under our own control. And while saying this, I am sure that you have gone through many life situations, where you were angry for not having the control. Please, understand that this is how we feel, also.
All this situations, we like to turn to lessons and be sure that we improve step by step. This year we put quality as a priority. Quality amongst promotions. Quality amongst partners. In fact, quality amongs all.
Yes, its hard. And yes, you don't have to care at all for all this. But take the fact that you are special for us. You, Mark Duguid = special RKH star. Not just only you, your friends too, by which of course I mean - Ace-High poker group! Did we ever cheated on that? Did you and your friends ever lacked attention on RankingHero? Did we ever did something really wrong for you guys?
I guess we both know the right answer :)
So, going from that point, lets agree that we are great partners and when one of us is having troubles somewhere, the other helps. Which is normal, natural and humanic. Actually its how big sharks do the game :)
I believe that this will be good option for both sides to grow, improve and succeed even more!
Thank you, Mark!!!

we are a team we are all 1 we will continue to grow as 1 an along the way we will have to forgive an forget an also to trut an rely on one another like a real family . i totally understand marks point but have to agree with what ina has said also , im sure with all our input an help these small things will be laughed at in the future , when we are all crushing the poker scene an have rkh the biggest an best poker site out there . now lets all be friends #aceHIGHfamalam

Hey all I think the time with the latest promo was cutting it a bit fine for people travelling but i guess if it was the option between having the promo or not having the promo i'd definately go for the former. I imagine there was likely a reason for it being little notice period, but i do feel your pain if you live in Scotland and felt you didn't have time to travel if you had won. Speaking of travel across the country, i definately want to get to an ace high meetup one of these days!  I also won some patches or a card pack I think before and didnt receive them but i also didn't follow them up, you just reminded me i'll do that! The mtt has two starting days, so I guess if logisitics were an issue the sponsor would have allowed entry on day 1b (saturday). Why is this site the best in the world? I'd say 4 reasons. (1) The design of it, that lets us all easily interact with each other. (2) The users, everyone I follow that is active on here seems to be a really real and interesting person and I enjoy following them. (3) The staff, there doesn't appear to be a post in need of a bit of tlc that doesn't get it and (4) the promos of course, biased as I won the first international trip and live mtt entry i ever won in my life here.Just adding a (5) too which i think is relevent, the professionalism, I have not experienced a poker community/forum with the level of professionalism that I see from the administrators here before. Hope you all have a great weekend

Tonight will see me playing on Sky Poker. I will be playing the £11 - £6,000 GTD Rebuy Open and the £5.50 £2,500 GTD Mini Rebuy. I will be setting aside 1 rebuy + 1 add on for both. Lets win it all.

If you final table both the Main and Mini Events in the same evening, you are guaranteed a payout with the Sky Poker Final Table Jackpot. The higher up the finishing positions you climb, the more you win, with two top place finishes earning £5,000!

Here's what you could win with the Sky Poker Final Table Jackpot.

Nice, good luck. Judging from that table, are these 6 max events?

Yes all tables on Sky Poker are 6 max. Thank you.
