Behold one of my favorite healthy sweet treats! It's is so easy to make and really can’t be messed up! Pour some chia seeds in a cup, soak ‘em in milk with a little sweetner for an hour (it can be any kind of milk and any sweetner. I use almond milk and agave nectar. Sometimes I put cocoa powder in too). Then, blend up some fruit with some water, juice or milk. In this one, I just did frozen bananas and strawberries with a little more almond milk.
