SuitedAce Conquering the WPT National Philippines

Last October 18 to 28, our SuitedAce players had been busy making us proud on the 2014 WPT National Philippines that was held on Solaire Resort and Casino. Everyone gave their best and as expected, yielded great results.

Here's a summary of the Events where our players participated.

On Event 7 $300 PLO Warm up, @Jerry Chee Hoong Lai, Saravana Palani, Heng Mun, and Sun Tan managed to be on the final table. Heng Mun was declared as the winner when he went head-to-head with co-SuitedAce player Saravana.

@Sam Nee Aik Chuan and Sun Tan were able to be on the final table during Event 8 $150 Deepstack Turbo. Nee finished third, while Tan ranked second.

And who could forget Mun Fei Chow who finished third and won $70,582 during Event 12 $2200 Main Event. WPT commentator @Mike Sexton says among the top six players, his most favorite is Chow. He was able to play with Chow for two days and he thinks he is the most aggressive player at the tables that he played at.

"Mun Fei Chow wants the people to know that he is mostly a cash game player, which to me typically means the guy is more skillful. When the stacks are shorter, you have less complicated decisions. But if you're going to make a living on cash games, you better understand the game pretty well." said @Tony Dunst, another WPT commentator during the tournament.

In addition, he also said that Chow has played a pretty balance game during the tourney.

29 Year Old SuitedAce player Mun Fei Chow ranked 3rd place on this year's WPT National Philippines. Chow who grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has been playing poker for the past five years won $70,582.

2014 WPT National Philippines Main Event Day 3 has already ended and SuitedAce player Mun Fei leads the top six remaining players on the chip count leaderboard with 1,690,000.
