Probably not great news for Michigan, which hosts Wisconsin on Thurs. Badgers had been playing with fire, maybe this wakes them up.
Well done, Northwestern.
If Wisconsin was mad at not being among the committees top 16 teams, it had a funny way of showing it.

Split the road games, split the home games and Michigan is 9-9. That's good enough with this year's bubble.
Next 4 for U-M: vs. Wisconsin, at Minnesota, at Rutgers, vs. Purdue. 3-1 would put them at 9-7 in Big Ten.
For Michigan, things have simplified. Sustain this effort on the road and you're headed to the NCAAT comfortably.
Only thing left for Indiana is to kill Northwestern's NCAA hopes in a couple weeks.
Easy formula for Michigan to grab road wins. Never trailed today. Simple stuff.
Goal tend by D.J. Wilson there. But MIchigan is living right on the road.
Maybe Michigan can win at Indiana without Irvin? Long way to go, but lots of other folks stepping up.
