made a big mistake. shouldve checked back the flop

At Parx 200 Big Stax. 2100 entries, 84 left. with a 300k stack and blinds at 8k-16k im holding AdKh. ug 7 handed. I raise 33k. folds to bb with 400 k stack who calls. flop AhQh7h bb checks, I bet 25k bb reraises to 125k, I shove ,he calls showing AQ. turn is the Jc , river 3d .Im out 84th.
I believe i made a big mistake!
