You min raise only and possibly take your lumps, there was a raise and call so shoving is too much of a risk. You just spent 5 minutes trying to explain you didnt mean "raise" and shoving is not an option and wealth... Regardless of not seeing your hand, you dont know for sure if they noticed that and anything besides a min raise is tossing money away if they shove.
Its simple a min raise and hope it just gets called, see the flop and then decide, or if they shove or come over the top...muck !!!
