@XFINITY @comcastcares I'm supposed to have and I pay for BLAST Internet from u. I can't even stream a movie without lag.
@XFINITY @comcastcares and if tech is right, then why the heck am I, or anyone in my area paying full price for partial or no srvc?

@XFINITY Would be great if u would call ppl back when calls get disconnected. Ive spoken to 4 people over 2 hrs today&now have to start over
@XFINITY Tech support to our home 3x in 1month & no resolution offered other than we pay you 10$/mo more for your "optional" equipment?
@XFINITY We pay for150mpbs, u guys only give us 90. We have a family here trying to live and run a business from our home!
@XFINITY Your customer and technical support has been terrible recently. We are paying for inadequate service & get hung up on by support!
