@RoyalCaribbean I've been offered a downgraded room change which isn't something that's appealing. Or 30% off a future cruise. Joke
@RoyalCaribbean if nobody cares then I think people should know that and I'll be happy to tell them. Please do something.

@RoyalCaribbean the crew has woken my family up every morning from 1-6am so far. Poor service in most areas of the ship.
