Sam Trickett ranks sixth in the world by all-time tournament earnings, even though he has relatively few tournament wins. His most famous final table was at the 2012 Big One for One Drop where he lost the heads-up against Antonio Esfandiari.
Before taking up poker, he was a football player but a knee injury forced him to quit. He has won more than $20 million during his short poker career, which started in late 2008.
