A delicious Madeline from Jean Philippe Patisserie that you can now make at home!
INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup + 3/4 cup
Baking Powder - 2.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 4
Warm Butter - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon Zest - 2
1. Mix the eggs, sugar and lemon zest together.
2. Add the sifted baking powder and the flour to the egg mixture.
3. Add the warmed butter and water, mix all together.
4. Put dough in refrigerator for 5 hours.
5. Bake at 420 F for 9-10 minutes
