[bug-technique] During this festival box for regular tournaments

The box on the left shows unconnected tournaments - at the ACF/in2014, etc. I guess we need a special rule here for tournaments not within a circuit, or create a placeholder circuit per casino : "Regular Wynn Tournament", "Regular ACF Tournament" etc.. ?

Would "Regular ACF 2012" and "Regular WYNN 2011" be ok? If we make one big "Regular" then it will continue to be messy because it will become a huuuge placeholder :).
