There will be min 2 players who are older than 35 but younger than 40.

There will be min  4 players who are older than 40 but younger than 45.

There will be min 2 players who are older than 45.

In this case there will be a 27-28 years old player, 2 37-38, 4 42-43 and 1 45 and the current chipleader (72).

The average is: 46,33.

In my opinion the pointing error is too high, so my final decision is:
