Steve O'Dwyer is part of the generation who discovered poker on TV, with the Moneymaker boom in 2003.  The very next year, immediately after finishing college, O'Dwyer moved to Las Vegas and has since become one of the most respected names in poker. O'Dwyer scored all of his top three cashes in the past 24 months.

In May 2013 O'Dwyer captured his European Poker Tour champion title when he took down the Main Event in Monte Carlo. In 2014, he added $1.8 million to his live earnings by winning the ACOP high roller in Macau's City of Dreams casino. His biggest cash to date is from the 2015 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure when he won the PCA Super High Roller event for $1,872,580.
