Call
Not totally bad, but also not good. To wait for extra card? Not much implied odds (not too deep, and he will fold a lot to dangerous card) and dont forget reverse odds.
So call = we pay for card and if its good, we dont get much extra chips.

Fold
Reasonable option. But why we would defend blind and checked the flop. This is not a bad flop for us. It would be wasting chips defending BB, with the plan to fold on c-bet.

Raise of Shove
Those seems like best options. There is tons of fold equity. He has wide range, and we have very good chance to make him fold even hands like middle pairs.
Chances he has hit monster are very low, and even if he did, we still have reasonable pot equity (even against top set we have nice 34%, against 2 pairs we have 41%, our worst situation is against AKd, but its only one 1 hand, and still we are not drawing dead).

If we just raise, we should have a plan if he shoves (with current bet size, any re-raise is basically a shove). And my plan in such case is go all-in. Bubble is bubble, but we aim for good cash anyway, and not just min-cash.
So if there is strong EV+ spot in chips, Im going to take the risk.

So now, I decide between raise or shove, with the plan not to fold.

Shove have a bit better fold equity. We will get the pot or face some good hand with reasonable pot equity.
Raise will open space for him to bluff. But its actually not the thing I want. Im willing to take risk, but Im also trying to avoid the risky situations.

I choose shove. Check-raise seems very strong here. He will fold most of his range, my estimate is we have at least 80% fold chance.
Reason for shove is to maximize fold equity, dont let him bluff and force us to flip. Dont let him call with better draw or some pair and beat us on turn.

What we represent by shove? Well = bluff, any 2 pairs, set, Q with good kicker, semi-bluff with draws. So our big raise makes sense => fold equity.

Face play is important, so I would add face like this to my shove (the shark, not the Nemo):
