Go hard or go home.

If you are a cheap player that wants just to cash you may fold.NOT ME

I always aim high,i never fold in spots like this, you will never make it big if you dont take advantage of this kind of situations.

Poker is about taking risks and especially knowing when to take them.I will take this risk,i call -he cant be ahead of me and make this moove.

guys, you are getting better with every post in this mission :D :D :D the Jury will say about the strategy buuut the pictures and gifs -

it was the last decision :) so now till 4pm you have time to accumulate likes :)

#decision6 bet pot or all in and hope he will call ;)

@Skilful

#UnibetBubble #Decision6

So lets check his range. What are we afraid of? KK?

Whyyy the hell he would loose all extra value he can get from such monster. He would be not afraid of flush or anything. He could slow play it till river and no danger (well maybe 1 out to quads).

So yes, he is trying to present KK, but very badly.

So what else? No way he would limp with 5 in his hand, like A5, K5.

All what makes sense:

- he is afraid, that Im almost sure.

- he wants small pot fast, without taking the risk of dangerous cards on turn/river. But being blind to those dangerous 5s already on flop. He is just refusing to believe I could have another 5.

- AK, AA makes sense for such player as he wants to get the pot fast, dont give any chance that flush.

- other thing which makes sense is flush draw AQh, AJh, QJh.He things he takes small pot, or like 50% equity if I call. Oooo, how wrong he is.

- quite little sense makes some smaller pair, like QQ, JJ, TT. But still possible.

So over all, he is going to crash hard. I call. I expect to have like 70% equity and its just too much EV+ to fold even at bubble.

Nice post, thanks :)

Great post Bnasp those dog picture are too cute!

#Decision6

6th decision:

This is a new hand.

You are on the bubble now. Just one short of the money!

As usual at this time, most of the players will fold anything, the short stacks try to hold on as long as possible… and it lasts for ages…

Until this one hand where the player on the Button limps in on your big blind. He has 25BB in his stack.

As far as you know, he has qualified via a satellite tournament, and he is a very tight player who hasn’t played a hand for 2 hours.

The woman in the Small Blind folds.

So you are in the Big Blind. You hold 5♣Q♦ and your stack is 25BB. The exact same amount as the villain.

A bit tired, you casually tap the table and dully say, “Check”.

FLOP:

5♠5♥K♥

This is the kind of board that wakes you up immediatly!

His eyes hidden behind his sun glasses, villain pushes all his chips in the middle and says “All In”.

because we know the range of this person is soooo small i would put hem on a hand like ak aq etc. because of hes limp preflop but it could also be a trap limp with kk or aa so at this board when we do are hand combinations when we think he has ak,kk only because he wouldnt shov with aq or aa if he is such a nit. :

ev calc and hand rang

1) AK: 4aces left *3 kings left= 12 combinations (87% fav)
87%*50bb(totalpot) - 24bb(our call)= +19.5bb

2) KK: 3cominations    = 3cmbinations (95% lose)
5%*50bb(totalpot) -24bb(our call) = -21.5 bb

(4/5*[19.50])+(1/5*[-21.5])/2
15.6bb-4.3bb=+11.3bb

so with the math we would make 11.3bb profit to do a call here (for example in a cash game) on the long term BUT because its the bubble time i would still fold this hand even we are going to win 80% against hes hand range that we puted hem on.

Thank you Jonny for the help :)

What do you do?

At this point, I am in Italian Job mode ("Self preservation society"). I still have a reasonable stack so I am not automatically pushing.

The thing that is influencing me the most is that this is a tight player. This means that when they limped, they were slow playing a decent hand. When they pushed on the flop, they probably have KK or AK or KQ or possibly KJ. The only hand I am worried about is KK.

Given that the table image of this player is super tight, I have to believe they have KK. I think if they had Kx then they would be more cautious.

I reluctanly fold.

Has he got, AA, has he got KK, has he got AK, has got A5, has got K5, has got a Flush Draw, is he eating Cornflakes.... Is this a cereal. We have all seen the hilarious hands that can be generated against us. What am I going to do? There is ONE and ONLY ONE question. STACK TRIP 5's? Eh! Eh! Eh! Eheheheh..........NO! DON'T THINK SO....

 AND THEN...................................

Crossed

#UnibetBubble #Decision6

Consider this problem from two sides.

Sense:

Villain can't risk - he must to win.
He has qualified via a satellite tournament, probably for a long time played in freerolls until won the coveted ticket to the tournament.
He hasn’t played  for 2 hours - waiting hand and finally got AA, AK, AQ, KK, QQ (of course A5 and K5  he does not have).
AQ and QQ may remove  - with them he would not say  all in.
It remains AA KK AK.
If he has AA or AK - will limp on the turn and river (25 BB stack allow it) to check.
If he risk all in - it means 100% his confident of victory - full house (although it is strange that he was not afraid four of a kind 5  :) )
Answer is clear - fold.

Heart:

The probability that he received a full house on the flop - 0.74%.
Most probably he has A♥ and K on hand - top pair and a flush draw on the flop.
Villain's chances  only 13% in this case - I am ready to risk.
Damn it, this is not the last tournament, I repeatedly lost the bubble and can experience it again :)
Call !
